The Company
Our client is a prominent accounting firm based on the Gold Coast, renowned for providing a range of high-quality financial services to both individuals and businesses. With a focus on personalised service and a deep understanding of local and national tax regulations, the firm stands out for its commitment to helping clients achieve their financial goals.
The Role
- Be the main point of contact for all clients delivering exceptional client service standards
- Prepare interim and year-end financial statements for review
- Complete tax returns and other required compliance documents
- Handle payroll and payroll tax returns for clients
- Manage and check cashbooks for clients
- Assist in creating cashflow forecasts, letters, and business plans
- Identify opportunities
- Generate referrals
The Candidate
- 2+ years minimum public practice experience·
- CA / CPA Certified or on the pathway to completion
- Experience with Xero/MYOB/QuickBooks
- Proven track record of hitting and exceeding KPIs
- Great time management and organisational skills
- Excellent analytical & problem solving skills
- Outstanding relationship building skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure
