The Role

Reporting into the Directors your role will include:

-lead, manage and mentor the finance team
-management and continuous improvement of the finance function to ensure the business meets it's statutory obligations
-board reporting and strategic reporting including business plans and risk analysis
-financial reporting and audits
-treasury management
-budgeting and forecasting
-cost management
-tax compliance
-insurance
-risk management
-maintain strong relationships with banks
-tender support
-work with leadership team to drive best practice across the operations of the business

The Person

You will be CA/CPA qualified with proven management and leadership experience in the property development or construction sectors. The ability to balance a hands on approach with strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking will ensure your success in this role.
