Position Overview:
- Join a property business based in Sydney.
- Work closely with and report directly to the Directors and Co-Founders of the business.
- No base salary; compensation is fully commission-based, offering substantial earning potential tied directly to performance.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Proven ability to engage high-net-worth investors.
- Extensive prior experience in raising capital.
- Possesses an existing network of potential clients and high-net-worth investors.
- Capable of immediately leveraging their existing relationships to generate results.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Introduce and close secure investment opportunities within your existing network.
- Arrange meetings between potential investors and the Directors to facilitate deal closures.
- Collaborate with the Directors to set and achieve goals and targets.
- Work closely with a dedicated team of specialists and support staff.
