Key Responsibilities:

- Investor Relations Management: Act as the primary point of contact for investors, handling inquiries, maintaining investor databases, and ensuring clear and consistent communication.
- Fund Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the funds, ensuring accurate fund accounting, reporting, and compliance with industry regulations.
- Portfolio Administration: Manage the administrative processes for investment portfolios, including fund establishment, documentation, and regulatory filings.
- Cash Flow Management: Oversee capital calls, distributions, and liquidity management across multiple funds and investment vehicles.
- Performance Reporting: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of fund performance reports to investors and stakeholders.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure the firm’s fund operations adhere to all relevant regulatory frameworks, including APRA, ASIC, and ATO guidelines.
- Process Improvement:



Identify and implement process enhancements to improve operational efficiency and investor satisfaction.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the finance, legal, and compliance teams to ensure seamless coordination of operations and adherence to best practices.

Key Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in fund operations, investor relations, or portfolio management within the financial services or investment management sector.
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements, fund structures, and reporting standards in Australia.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build and maintain strong investor relationships.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple funds and investment vehicles simultaneously.
- Advanced skills in financial software, fund management systems, and Excel.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills and a passion for operational excellence.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
