About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Management Accountant to join our finance team. As a Management Accountant, you will be responsible for providing financial advice and support to senior management, developing and implementing financial strategies, and preparing financial reports.

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement financial strategies to meet the College's financial goals
* Prepare and analyze financial reports for senior management
* Monitor and manage the College's budget
* Provide financial advice and support to senior management
* Ensure that all financial transactions are recorded accurately and in a timely manner




* Develop and maintain financial systems and procedures

Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
* At least 1 years of experience in a similar role
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Solid organizational and time management skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Knowledge of financial management software and Microsoft Office applications
