We are looking for a Payroll & HR Administrator to join our friendly, supportive team onsite at Perth Airport. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a leading company in the aviation industry, where your expertise will help shape the future of our workforce.

The job is up to 4 days per week or equivalent hours and open to discussing a schedule which suits family commitments as well as business requirements.

At Airflite we have 100+ staff and growing across multiple states in Australia with Airflite Headquarters being located at Perth Airport where this role is based.

Key responsibilities of the position include:

- Assist with Fortnightly payroll processing (progressing to the lead over time);
- Assist in the day-to-day operations of HR;
- Support on boarding and off boarding processes;
- Manage employee records and ensure data accuracy;
- Leading the recruitment process by posting advertisements, shortlisting applicants, scheduling interviews, reference checking and assisting with induction processes;




- Preparation of employment contracts and managing company organisation chart;
- Coordinate visa and sponsorship requirements and arrangements;
- coordinate apprenticeships and trainee documentation and incentives;
- Assist with Payroll Tax and superannuation processing;
- Lead Workers Compensation processes (adhoc);
- Assist with system improvements (HR Software Project 2024/2025)
- Provide operational support to the Financial Controller.

Skills, Experience and Qualifications

- A minimum of 5+ years’ experience in similar roles.
- Experience in Payroll and award interpretation
- A qualification in HR or a similar discipline.
- Good IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
