Implement and manage holistic health and wellbeing programs for our clients.

We are in the search for a skilled Program Manager to join our team based in Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and managing holistic health and wellbeing programs to exceed client expectations while meeting forecast contribution margins. In this role, you will be expected to develop strong relationships with customers, connect with key business executives and stakeholders, and prepare client activity reports.

Key responsibilities include:

- Developing and growing client relationships in line with company goals.
- Successfully managing assigned clients and organizing their activities and events.
- Liaising between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions.




- Operating as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to allocated clients.
- Contributing to planning activities to ensure growth of the business.
- Contributing to quality improvement projects to ensure continuous improvement in service delivery and product development.
- Assisting with high need requests or issue escalations as needed.

About you:

- Proven experience in account management, program management or a similar role.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and events and tight deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
