Your new role
Reporting to the Head of Finance and Head of Capital Projects -

- Preparing reports on capital investments, taxes, and expenditures
- Creating procurement quotes and orders, including payments to suppliers, consultants, and subcontractors
- Provide project managers and other key stakeholders timely and accurate financial reporting
- Liaising with project managers to approve expenses and invoicing
- Conducting monthly results analyses, reporting, budgeting, contingency planning




- Support the project managers and Head of Capital Projects to ensure projects are executed in adherence to the appropriate regulations and are financially viable

What you'll need to succeed

- Construction industry background or project accounting background with capital projects
- Stakeholder engagement skills with project managers
- Degree qualified
- Great communication skills
- Experience with the brief above
- Experience with MS Dynamics ERP would be an advantage
