Experienced Real Estate Trust Accountants | Up to $65k-$80k+Super | South Location | Monday to Friday | Open to 6 months Experience
Due to ongoing growth, our client are seeking their next superstar to join their growing team. Salary up to $65k-$80k+Super.

The Role;
- Day to day Trust Accounting
- EOM, bank reconciliations, management reports
- Daily receipting and reconciling for REST, RPData, PropertyTree, Palace & Console clients (Property Management & Sale Trust Accounts)
- Manage administration tasks
- Processing owner and creditor payments
About You:
- General Accounting and Xero knowledge highly regarded
- Exposure to Trust Accounting Experience in Commercial or Residential
- Work well under pressure
- Work in Fast-Paced Environment
- Have excellent time management skills
- Can multi -task and prioritise
- Ability to pick up current programs quickly and troubleshoot software issues
- High Attention to detail
- Excellent customer service and client building skills
- Knowledge of either Console, RP Office, MYOB, XERO or Strata Master is highly regarded
