The opportunity

The Vikings team are looking for an experienced Receptionist who is passionate about exceptional customer service and working within a quick-paced environment!

As a receptionist for the Vikings Group, your day will consist of being the first point of contact for our guests as they enter the venue, as well as answering telephone and email inquiries with personalised service. Our reception team are an important part of our commitment to responsible service of alcohol and responsible conduct in gaming, and, while experience in the area is highly desirable, Vikings will provide the successful candidates with extensive training.

Your responsibilities

- Provide Exceptional Customer Service
- Provide Responsible Service of Alcohol
- Provide Responsible Service of Gaming
- Assisting guests with any inquiries
- Working with guests and venue team to resolve any guest issues, when they arise
- Cash handling
- Managing phone and email inquiries
