Innovative Security and Data are seeking an experienced Bookkeeper with office management experience to work alongside another bookkeeper to lead our accounts department for 30–35 hours per week.

Your role will include the following:
- Data entry
- Reconcile Supplier Statements
- Liaison with Suppliers and Contractors
- Accounts Payables – process payments
- Accounts Receivables – follow up overdue accounts via email and phone
- Updating excel spreadsheet data
- Finance reporting and data analysis
- Bank reconciliations
- Intercompany Reconciliations
- Invoicing
- Spreadsheet management
- Accounts receivable
- BAS preparation
- Assist with weekly payroll
- HR management and policy development
- Management and continuous improvement of the OH&S; system for employees and contractors
- Various administrative tasks
You will need the following:
To be considered for this exciting opportunity you will possess the following skills & experience:
- Certificate IV in Bookkeeping or Accounts Administration
- Solid Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Invoicing, General Ledger Reconciliations and multi/intercompany knowledge and experience
- Bookkeeping to Trial Balance experience and ability
- Australian GST, BAS/IAS experience - NZ IRD GST experience a bonus
- Extensive Xero experience with payroll knowledge
- Strong Microsoft computing skills (Word and Excel)
- AroFlo experience a bonus
- Skills and solid experience with financial systems, financial reporting, financial and business planning, budget preparation and adherence to statutory and regulatory requirements
- Ability to accurately analyse, interpret, summarize, and present financial information
