We are looking for someone with a passion for PR, ideally with a min. 3 years PR Agency experience or 2 years in-house experience with a strong background in fashion, beauty and/or lifestyle. This role requires someone who can be strategic in their thinking as well as bring their creative flair, someone who can develop and implement PR programmes. You will also have the chance to work collaboratively with the broader team on campaigns, influencer marketing strategies, activations and events.

- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work both autonomously and part of a small, but cohesive team
- Experience in client relationship management with strong negotiation skills
- Experience in developing and executing marketing strategies
- Relevant Degree or Diploma in marketing, communications, or related field
- Working on Mac, strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, Canva

Whilst you have already established yourself in this industry with contacts both locally and globally with editors, journalists, stylists, talent managers and influencers, you also love being on the pulse of research, trends, insights & case studies and enjoy sharing them with your team. You are results driven, with strong attention to detail, are structured in your work day and able to juggle multiple clients with a calm ease.





You will work closely with the Senior Accounts & Partnerships Manager and Director within the business and love to nurture and grow your relationships with team, client and all agency partners.

We’re proud to work with some of Australia’s leading brands and thrive on taking them global – valid passport check, global travel is always a possibility. Our roster also includes international brands where our local knowledge assists in new growth channels.

Whilst we provide a flexible & supportive work setting, we are not looking for this role to be a WFH position at this point in time. We share our office with another small business, which is open plan and situated in the busy hub of Collingwood, however we are on the hunt for our new office. Sadly, there is no car park with this position, but there is easy access to all public transport and some of the best coffee Melbourne has to offer.
