Qualifications & experience

- Minimum 3 years in similar role.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting.
- Demonstrated commitment to fostering a culture of integrity and proactive problem-solving.
- Exceptional people management skills with a hands-on approach to leadership.

Tasks & responsibilities

- Manage the delivery of weekly, monthly, half-yearly and annual reporting
- All financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire an accounting team and payroll .
- Manage group properties owned and leased .
- Oversees all payroll functions and year end for the group .
- Managing and overseeing the Employer’s banking and borrowing arrangements.
- Build & maintain robust relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
- An ability to be hands-on and identify and execute process, policy, internal control and systems improvements
