The Company
Our client is a Melbourne-based accounting and finance advisory business known for its experienced people and exceptional service. They pride themselves on staying ahead of all legislative and regulatory issues, as well as developing processes and technology to provide a streamlined service.

The Opportunity
They are currently looking for a motivated business services accountant to join their firm in a client facing role that will have you working directly with a senior manager and partner on the firms largest clients.

Your day-to-day tasks would include:

- End to end file management including management reporting & CFO type work
- Managing your own client portfolio




- Co-ordinating meetings with key advisors and creating strategies
- Liaise with clients and attend client meetings and board meetings
- Assist with tax planning and projects
- Provide high level business services, commercial and tax restructuring and succession planning advice

About You

- 3 - 5 years of local public practice accounting experience
- Degree qualified
- Be CA/CPA qualified or studying towards (mentors available for both)
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Ability to build rapport and be a trusted advisor to clients
- Driven to learn and progress in your career
