Manager / Senior Manager – Competitive Salary

- Mentoring, training and reviewing team members
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
- Providing high level business services,



commercial and tax restructuring and succession planning advice
- Manage budgets and other KPIs
- Identify avenues to grow the fee base
- Managing a client list and lodgement requirements

About You:

- Hold a relevant degree
- Be CA/CPA qualified
- Previous experience in a leadership position
- Experience in providing high-end business advisory
- Passionate about guiding and developing staff
- An ability to prioritise, delegate and review work for the team
- An ability to build strong client and team relationships
- Exceptional organisation and communication skills
- Demonstrated problem solving and decision-making skills

Senior Accountant – Competitive Salary

- Assist in managing a diverse client base including providing support, tax and business advice
- Preparation of income tax returns for individuals, companies, trusts and partnerships
- Preparation of financial reports for companies, partnerships and trusts; and business activity statements (BAS) for a range of clients, including managing compliance deadlines
- Contributing positively to the culture of the business and working with others toward team goals
- Building lasting relationships with clients
- Training,



supervision and management of more junior team members

About You:

- Degree qualified
- 4+ years’ experience in an Australian public practice
- CA/CPA qualified or near completion
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills due to extensive client contact
- Show an understanding of a ‘business lifecycle’ (birth, growth, buy/sell, succession), as well as international investments and transactions
- Demonstrate competence and understanding in anything from small business compliance obligations, through to corporate tax and taxation consulting, including legislation
