About You

If you’re looking for a first move out of Big 4 Corporate Finance (M&A;, DA, TS, Valuations or Business Modelling) or a lateral switch from a boutique IB or Advisory firm in search of a less hierarchical culture, we’d love to hear from you. Ready to hit the ground running,



you must have at least 2-3 years Corporate Finance experience. You’ll be supporting or managing the execution of a range of transactions, including business sales, mergers, acquisitions, debt and equity raisings.

Key Skills and Experience:

2-3+ years’ experience working within a team managing end-to-end transactions (buy and sell side)

Demonstrated ability to manage end-to-end transactions, including client relationships

Demonstrated experience in financial analysis

Advanced financial modelling skills, including preparation of 3-way models

Demonstrated ability to independently prepare high quality marketing documentation (pitch decks, flyers, IMs)

Outstanding attention to detail

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Industry qualifications highly regarded
