Meers Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a Senior Product Manager to join highly regarded Non-Bank Lender.

The Senior Product Manager will work closely with Business Unit stakeholders to improve existing Products, develop new products, credit policy expansion and enter new markets across the residential and commercial lending product range in both Australia and Current Zealand. The Senior Product Manager will be responsible for the ongoing competitiveness of the underlying mortgage products from a price, feature, distribution and functionality perspective through better understanding the needs of our partners and customers and the adoption of data driven insights.

Responsibilities include;-

- Work with the Head of Partnerships to establish and manage a competitive product offering based on sales insights, competitor landscape, data analytics and research
- Work with Credit, Pricing, Treasury and Analytics and other key Sales stakeholders to design and implement new product development/improvements ideas




- Identify customer insights for the purpose of recommending product changes and market opportunities to Sales, Operations and Marketing
- Collaborate and work with senior stakeholders to build and implement product solutions in line with business strategy
- Oversee the management of strategically aligned pricing and discount policies
- Manage product related projects and ensure product features are delivered in a timely manner
- Keep abreast of regulation changes and the impact on products

To be successful you will possess;-

- Minimum 5 years in Product Development role within Financial Services
- Minimum 5 years in role with exposure to Project Management and Pricing
- Relevant degree qualification
