About your opportunity
Casual (Several positions available).
Generous casual rates of $34.49 - $40.03 p.h. (AO2) and 12.5 % employer contribution to superannuation.

About the role:
- Provide quality customer care in a friendly and helpful manner; the ability to communicate clearly and confidently with patients, members of the public and departmental staff both in person and over the telephone whilst adhering to Queensland Health guidelines on confidentiality.
- Maintain Hospital Information Systems for patient information and bookings ensuring accurate and timely data entry, to include: hospital record tracking; registration of new patients; admissions,
discharges and transfers; updating patient demographics at every presentation; updating referring doctor details; identifying billable patients.
- Manage workload appropriately; prioritising tasks to ensure work is completed within designated timelines whilst helping other staff within a team structure.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate:
- Excellent data entry with high level attention to detail to ensure quality of data and high standards of work.
- Highly organised with engaging interpersonal, teamwork and communication skills.
- Experience in providing administrative and booking support in Health or similar industry.
- Proficiency in electronic based information systems (Microsoft Word, Excel, Medical Records and relevant Hospital Information systems.
