About the Opportunity

We are looking for a skilled Clinical Governance Coordinator to join our Doctors Support Group in Clayfield on a full time basis. This key role involves managing medical fellowship programs, coordinating clinical learning initiatives, and upholding high standards of clinical governance and compliance. Reporting to the Chief Medical Office Manager, this position offers a dynamic and rewarding opportunity for a proactive individual passionate about enhancing clinical practices.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, deliver, and manage Qscan’s medical fellowship programs.
- Coordinate the annual doctor mentoring program and oversee clinical learning modules (Q-Doc).




- Organise national CPD events for radiologists and provide additional support as needed.
- Keep the Doctor Portal updated with relevant information.
- Serve as the secretariat for the Clinical Governance and Quality Committee and support related governance activities.
- Ensure compliance with clinical and corporate governance standards through monitoring and audits.
- Maintain open communication and manage relationships with external vendors.

About You

You are a quick and efficient learner with a strong administrative background, and ideally will have a background in, and knowledge of Clinical Governance. You will also have:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint).
- Experience working with stakeholders to develop practical solutions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Keen attention to detail and good business sense.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
