Agnico Eagle owns and operates the Fosterville Gold Mine which is located on Dja Dja Wurrung Country, approximately 20 kilometres east of Bendigo in Central Victoria. With its population of approximately 120,000 people, Bendigo is one of Victoria’s largest and most progressive regional cities offering a great residential lifestyle choice.

COMMUNITY ADMINISTRATOR

This position forms part of the Fosterville Gold Mine (FGM) Environment and Community Department. The role will provide administrative support for FGM community engagement activities and the Sustained Operations Project Environment Effects Statement.

Reporting to the Senior Community Advisor your duties will include:

- Provide administrative support for the Sustained Operations Project EES, particularly throughout the EES panel inquiry including venue set up, logistics and travel bookings.
- Assist with the planning of community engagement meetings and information sessions, site visits, workshops and internal events.
- Assist with the planning and logistics of external community events within the local area,



including FGM Open Day and The Bendigo Easter Fair.
- Provide administrative support for Regional Exploration community engagement, and communications.
- Support the timely distribution of community engagement materials and external correspondence.
- Provide administrative support for FGM’s sponsorships and community grants programs.
- Assist with data collation and preparation of internal and external reports and presentations (e.g., Corporate and Sustainability reporting).
- Assist with data entry and reporting associated with the Community Relations database, including the migration from INX InForm to Borealis.

The successful candidate should possess the following:

- Previous experience in an administrative role.
- An effective communicator and relationship builder.
- Strong planning and organisational skills.
- Sound computer skills – specifically Microsoft Office products (Word/Excel).

This is a 12 month fixed term contract.

This role will be based at Fosterville Gold Mine. Your roster will be working Monday to Friday with occasional work on weekends.

A competitive salary will be offered commensurate with the successful applicant’s qualifications, knowledge and experience.
There is the possibility of a flexible work roster (5/2:4/3) once you settle into the role.
