Your new role
In this integral Contract Manager position, you will be responsible for overall management of contracts and variations for a variety of projects in your division.

- Ensure contract requirements and documentation requirements are met
- Negotiating with subcontractors and suppliers
- Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to facilitate the timely execution of their responsibilities
- Review progress on site against progress claimed by subcontractors
- Monitor project cost, cash flow and prepare forecast
- Processing invoices and progress payments
- Cost reporting, scheduling and programming

What you'll need to succeed





- Bachelors degree in Construction or Engineering or equivalent
- Previous experience as Senior Contract Administrator/Contract Manager
- Robust negotiation and impeccable written and verbal communication skills
- Solid technical understanding of construction methodology
- A committed and motivated attitude
- Strong time management and organisation skills
