About The Team
The Asset and Workplace Services Contracts Team supports the cluster to manage a range of contracts, including in the property maintenance, facilities management, fleet, workplace services, travel and security space. The role will provide Contact Administration expertise and support across a portfolio of contracts, working with Contracts Managers, Contracts Analyst and Contracts Officer.
The opportunity
Right now, we have an opportunity for a Contracts Administrator to join us in the Corporate Services Division of Transport for NSW. This is a Permanent full time opportunity. Though the base location for the role is Burwood, we offer flexible working arrangements.

The primary purpose of the role is to provide contract and commercial lease administration services including maintaining contract records and registers, administering payments, and supporting contract managers with document preparation, contractor liaison and day-to-day contract management.
What You Will Be Involved In
- Maintain accurate and up to date contract files for AWS contracts, containing all internal approvals, contract documentation, contract notifications, monthly reporting, meeting minutes agendas, and payment/purchase order reconciliations.
- Perform purchase order and invoice validation,
manage payments and reconciliation on behalf of the Contracts Managers.
- Support contract managers in a range of activities including preparation of procurement documentation, managing the renewal for low value contracts, preparing documentation for contract performance management, and monitoring contractor compliance with the contract to ensure that required services are delivered according to agreed service levels and quality standards
- Identify and implement opportunities to improve contract administration and provision of services
- Liaise with contractors to exchange information, organise meetings, address enquiries, build relationships and resolve difficulties
- Develop and implement a system to monitor the safety performance of contractors
- Plan and prepare processes and timetables for contract renewals and reviews.

About You
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Demonstrated experience in administering contracts and service agreements including oversight of performance, quality, and service deliverables.
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline, or equivalent experience.
- Extensive experience in Procurement, particularly within Contract Management.
Salary And Benefits
The salary for this position is Transport Service Grade 8 ($123,470 to $138,284) per annum plus superannuation and leave loading.
