About this position

Are you passionate about customer service and want to work in a community focused organisation?

We are seeking a Customer Service Officer to work within our Customer Service Team in a busy multi-channel environment, handling telephone, front counter and written enquiries.

What we are looking for

To be successful in this role you will have:





- Substantial experience in a similar role and a commitment to excellent customer service.
- Professional and empathetic phone manner.
- Strong computer and administrative skills.
- Experience in cash handling.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with a range of stakeholders.

Essential requirements

- Current National Police clearance (less than three months old)

Pool Recruitment

A pool will be open for a period of six months from the date this recruitment closes. Candidates who are deemed suitable but not appointed for this current full time position, will be placed into this pool. Part time and full time appointments on a permanent, fixed term and/or maximum term basis may be offered as vacancies arise; casual appointments may also be offered to cover for ad hoc shifts. However, an appointment is not guaranteed.
