Who are we looking for?
We are seeking a professional person who has a genuine passion for delivering an exceptional customer service experience. Your primary responsibility will involve utilising your strong administration and customer service skills to manage incoming calls and emails efficiently. Your welcoming demeanour and superior organisational skills will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth daily operations.
Duties:
- Ensure work schedules are met and completed in a timely manner - data entry, email queries, tracking forms and driver run sheet close offs.
- Customer service via phone and emails- booking in collections, providing quotes and customer queries.
- Supporting logistics duties such as co-ordinating collections, customer correspondence, driver documentation and orders inbox.
- Processing dockets, tracking and updating fuel and collection spreadsheets.
- Accurate and timely communications with relevant stakeholders - drivers, internal department supervisors and freight contractors.
- Administrative duties and functional support for operational departments and management
About You:
You enjoy working in a fast-paced role, juggling multiple priorities at once. You have excellent communication skills with a natural ability to build strong relationships as well as handle difficult conversations.
To be considered for this role you will have the following skills and attributes:
- Minimum 2 yeas of Administration experience in a customer-focused, fast-paced position
- A bubbly, courteous and helpful personality who is calm under pressure
- Ability to prioritise and confidence to make decisions
- Efficiency in processing general phone/email sales enquires and orders
- Data Entry Experience with high attention to detail
- Top administrative skills, experience and knowledge across a variety of programs and demonstrated computer skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Positive and collaborative team player with high levels of professionalism
- Able to build and maintain positive customer relationships.
- WA C Class License
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suit (Excel, Word & Outlook).
