An exciting new opportunity has been created in our Product and Technology Division, working within the Digital Lending Originations Team supporting the Division Director, Head of Loan Originations and Leadership team.
We’re a fun, passionate bunch, excited about transforming home, car and commercial lending in Australia.
Your responsibilities will also include providing general team administration and an excellent experience for all staff. You can show your planning skills with the organisation of regular team meetings and activities. You will thrive on being part of the whole team and working alongside the leadership team.
In this role you will be a member of a supportive network of EA’s and have opportunity to connect with many fellow EA’s across the group.
We are seeking a motivated Executive Assistant who enjoys working in an engaging and supportive team and being a strong pillar of support to directors and peers. You will be working in a fast-paced environment where you will maintain an efficient workflow and liaise with a range of stakeholders in many locations and enable hybrid working for yourself and others in the team.

To be successful in this role you will have:
- Extensive experience in administration or support roles in a fast paced environment
