The Role and Responsibilities
Working closely with your executive you’ll help coordinate her busy day and will have lots of interaction with a range of stakeholders in the wider organisation. This is a key role where you will be relied on to provide exceptional support.
- Diary (heavy meeting schedules) and email management, including preparation of daily schedules and organisation of supporting documents
- Record management – filing and editing of documents
- Drafting communications across the organisation
- Proactive forward planning and preparation for meetings
- Organise events and coordinate and attend meetings, taking minutes and action items
- Prepare and format documents, reports and presentations
- Provide administrative support and expense management support to the wider team
- Act as a conduit between the executive and internal stakeholders responding to a wide range of enquiries
Experience
This is a busy, and varied EA role, where you’ll need to hit the ground running. We're looking for a tech savvy, pro-active and efficient EA with a mature, confident, and friendly approach. You'll love working in a down to earth, supportive, quick-paced environment where no 2 days are the same.
