The Digital Portfolio has ownership for defining and driving the digital, data and technology strategy as part of the University’s broader strategic direction. The Digital Portfolio places University culture and our people at the heart of our digital ambitions. The Portfolio is seeking an Executive Officer to provide high level executive, strategic, financial and program support to the Chief Digital Officer and to the business of the Portfolio.

This is a newly created position with the opportunity to make the role your own. It offers a high degree of autonomy and will require initiative to anticipate work requirements, outstanding organisational skills to effectively manage the Portfolio and a stakeholder focused approach to develop and maintain strong working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. The role provides a unique opportunity to influence the Digital direction of the institution, and of the newly created Digital Portfolio.

In this role you will provide high level executive support and assistance in strategic analysis, planning and project management. This includes preparation of reports, committee papers and high-level correspondence, operational support and administrative and financial management for the Office of the Chief Digital Officer.
