- Remuneration: $112,154 - $126,366 + 17% Super and leave loading

Why Your Role Matters:
As the Executive Officer, you will play an integral role within UNSW Medicine & Health in providing dedicated executive support to the Faculty Executive and other key stakeholders.
The role entails providing advice and contribute to business planning and governance structures to support effective decision making and ensuring activities are compliant with UNSW requirements. In this role,
you will significantly contribute to strategic and operational projects across UNSW Medicine & Health and lead administration and operations for the Faculty Office.
The role reports to the Deputy Faculty Executive Director and has two Executive Assistants and an Administrator as direct reports.
Who You Are:
- Relevant tertiary qualification with subsequent relevant experience or equivalent competence gained through any combination of education, training and experience.
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills, with a high level of attention to detail for deliverables produced.
- Proven experience in project management in higher education or equivalent level of knowledge gained through education/training and/or experience.
- High level organisational skills with proven ability to deal with multiple tasks, establish priorities and meet deadlines.
- Proven organisational skills and the ability to operate autonomously while demonstrating strong initiative and a proactive approach to driving process improvement.
- Ability to liaise effectively with all levels of staff and external stakeholders.
- Advanced level of computer literacy, working with a range of computer systems and applications.
