We are recruiting for experienced forklift operators to work within our production and loading environments across two sites in South Australia, Angle Vale Road, Virginia and Taylors Road, Penfield Gardens.
Production Forklift Operator Base Rate - $25.50 per hour
Despatch Forklift Operator Base Rate - $27.00 per hour
The role requires you to -
- safely ensure product is transported to and from designated areas
- move goods stacked on pallets around the site
- stack empty pallets and ensuring all loads are secure
- perform pre-operational checks as required
- ensure all assigned tasks are completed within the required time frame
- assist with additional duties as required
- be able to follow Team Leader instructions
To be successful you will need -
- current driver's licence
- current forklift licence
- experienced in fast paced environment
- be flexible with shift times, be able to respond to overtime when required
- attention to detail
- carry out repetitive tasks
- be hard working and highly reliable
- work safely and follow secure work practices at all times
- must be able to work well in a team environment
- have good communication skills
- ideally you will have worked in a similar environment
- fresh produce experience
