Your new company
This industry leading catering company is seeking their next HR Administrator to join their fast-paced growing team. This will be a temporary assignment working part time for three days a week, until approximately end of March 2023. Located in the city fringe, they are a short walk from the train station with nearby street parking available. They are seeking someone experienced within HR Administration or comes from a strong administration background who can commence in the role with little notice and can hit the ground running.

Your new role
Reporting to the HR Manager, you will be responsible for the following:





- Updating the internal data base and client information
- Organise and collate personnel documents
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
- Assist the HR team with HR related tasks
- Prepare HR documents
- Ad hoc administrative tasks

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful, you will meet the following requirements:

- Previous HR administration experience or strong administrative skills
- Excellent communication skills written and verbally
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office suite
