Looking for an Industrial Electrician to join a international mining company based in Newcastle NSW

Your new company

Our client is a world wide supplier of communication, automation, transport and infrastructure technology for the mining industry

Your new role

- Electrical maintenance, installation and project work as instructed complying with all statutory regulation
- Commission and record all electrical work.
- Installation e.g. cables, testing, replace and repair components, fault finding, maintaining electrical or electronic wiring.
- Connect wires to circuit breakers, transformers, or other components
- Repair or replace wiring, equipment, and fixtures, using hand tools and power tools




- Inspect electrical systems, equipment, and components to identify hazards, defects, and the need for adjustment or repair, and to ensure compliance
- Fault finding on basic electronic circuits
- Administration duties e.g. complete documentation, detail reports

What you'll need to succeed

- Trade Qualification
- PLC Knowledge
- Computer Literacy
- Valuable verbal and written communication skills
- Industrial experience
