About The Role

Reporting into the HR Manager and provided with training and coaching the position will support the team in administrating best practice HR activities across Viridian nationally. The role supports the HR team’s goal of optimal service delivery through the provision of accurate, efficient, and effective HR support.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to meet current people,



and join a motivated team of passionate, down-to-earth HR professionals. The position would suit a HR graduate wanting to start their career, or an experienced HR Administrator wanting to own and craft the function as their own.

Key Responsibilities

- Providing first level support and advice to employees and monitor HR Inbox.
- Preparing and processing staff forms, employment contracts and letters.
- Coordinating new starter onboarding, equipment requests and pre-employment checks.
- Process Parental Leave requests and support the coordination of return to work between employee and manager.
- Process employee novated lease requests upon approval by Executive team.
- Support the Recruitment Officer with recruitment data entry, filing, candidate phone screening and booking interviews slots with hiring managers and candidates.
- Maintain and update employee HR files.
- Partner with the HR team on any projects and initiatives as required.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

- Completed tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or having majored in Human Resources within a related degree.
- Experience working in a customer service-related role.
- Demonstrated ability to plan, organise, and prioritise tasks.
- Communicate clearly and effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to exercise confidentiality and discretion, and work with minimal supervision.
