About the Role | Inventory and Administration

As Uniqwa Collections continues to grow, we're looking for a dedicated team player to join us at our Gold Coast headquarters.

This is an exciting full-time opportunity to play a key role in bringing Uniqwa’s distinctive collections to life. We are searching for an organised and proactive professional who’s ready to hit the ground running. You'll be responsible for managing our inventory system and communicating with overseas suppliers to ensure everything stays up-to-date and operations run smoothly.

Location & Hours:

- Location: Ashmore, Gold Coast, Queensland
- Hours:



Monday to Friday, 8am - 4pm

Day-to-day tasks in this role may include:

- Communicating with suppliers and the team via email, WhatsApp, and Microsoft Teams
- Adding product profiles and purchase orders to an inventory system
- Sending shipment notices and ETA updates
- Reporting on quality control issues and container feedback
- Analyzing stock levels for re-ordering
- Organising samples for new designs
- Pricing products using set formulas
