Keramos Pty Ltd based in Port Kennedy is rapidly evolving as a market leader in high performance wear materials in the mining and manufacturing market sectors. We pride ourselves on exceptional customer service, and as such, we are looking for a fit and healthy, mature minded Junior Administrations Officer to join our Admin team.
Salary package dependent on experience.
Duties include but not limited to:
- Entering sales and purchase orders, receipting and processing invoices
- Aged Payable reconciliations
- Sales invoicing and queries
- Monitor progress of purchase orders with suppliers to forecast ETA's
- Data entry updating logs
- Typing up policies and procedures.
Selection criteria
Essential level of experience
- Experience managing sales and purchases in MYOB
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office technologies, in particular Outlook, Word and Excel
- Prioritising busy workloads to meet business needs
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
Desirable
- Knowledge of International freight, customs process and the required documentation
- Document writing, policies and procedures
- Experience and understanding of inventory and stock holding.
