Short term labourer required for position in Yeppoon

Your new role
Labourer undertakes a wide range of labouring tasks as a part of a multi-disciplined team responsible for the construction and maintenance of the Council's infrastructure assets in accordance with recognised standards
Undertake all maintenance and construction tasks associated with the Council's infrastructure.
Undertake general labouring duties including pipe laying and concreting.
Read and carry out basic instructions and make simple records.
Operate vehicles, machinery and hand tools including operator inspections and basic maintenance tasks.




Report any defects or problems to the Supervisor, e.g., equipment or safety concerns.
Provide effective customer service to both internal and external customers.

What you'll need to succeed

- White card
- Current drivers' licence and transport
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Live locally in Rockhampton or Yeppoon region

What you'll get in return
In return you will be working a short-term labouring role with the potential for extension. Working Monday - Friday 6.30am - 3.30pm and being home every night.
