Medical Imaging Administrator / Receptionist

This is a great opportunity for a qualified and customer-focused administrator to support a busy Medical Imaging team.
You will have the ability to maintain a high standard of professionalism and confidentiality at all times with high level of personal presentation. Primary duties will include front office duties including greeting patients, patient registration, phone enquires, manage booking, follow payments details, taking payments, in person enquires, scan follow up, emails and other general duties as directed by the team leader.
Your new role:
- Build and manage key relationships across the organisation and ensure a high level of service to customers of the department.
- Ensure the delivery of an effective and efficient service.
- Work without direct supervision & exercise initiative.
- Cooperate and work well with others in the pursuit of team goals.
About you:
- You have experience in Medical Imaging reception, or diagnostic / Radiology reception, MRI, PET, Nuclear Medicine and administration.
- You demonstrate strong customer service skills as well as well-developed interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
- You have strong IT skills and MS office experience.
- You are proactive, with a positive attitude and high attention to detail.
- You show excellent analysis, problem solving and organisational skills, with a reliable and flexible approach.
