and client communication within the commercial landscaping sector.A rare opportunity to work for a large and reputable company and to forge a fruitful career in estimating.The RoleAssist in preparing accurate cost estimates for landscaping projects by analysing project plans, specifications, and requirementsCollaborate with senior estimators and project managers to fully understand project scope and requirementsReview and research materials, equipment, and labor costs to develop comprehensive pricing informationWork with suppliers and subcontractors to gather cost information and quotesMaintain accurate records of estimates, proposals, and project documentationParticipate in pre-bid meetings, site visits, and post-project evaluations to gain a comprehensive understanding of project requirementsLearn industry software and tools to support effective project estimating and biddingThe RequirementsCertificate III in Landscape Construction (Required)Effective communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; experience with estimating software (Benchmark) is a plusAbility to manage multiple tasks in a rapid-paced environmentWillingness to learn and grow within the role and the companyLooking to Relocate?
