Working within individual care plans, you'll help people maintain their independence, dignity and wellbeing while supporting them to live life without limits.
This is a hands‐on, rewarding role where no two days are the same.
You'll work collaboratively with clients, families and the wider MSWA team to deliver safe, versatile and meaningful support.What You'll Be DoingProviding personal care to support clients' health, comfort and wellbeingAssisting with medication administration and monitoringSupporting clients with meal preparation and essential daily living tasksFacilitating social access, community participation and leisure activitiesAssisting with transport to appointments and community activities where requiredObserving, reporting and documenting changes in clients' wellbeingBuilding positive, respectful relationships with clients,
