About the Opportunity
Opal HealthCare is seeking Expressions of Interest from experienced Registered Nurses interested in sponsorship opportunities across our regional Care Communities in:

Deliver protected, effective and person-centred clinical careComplete resident assessments, care planning and clinical documentationAdminister medications and monitor resident health outcomesCollaborate with multidisciplinary teams, residents and familiesSupport and mentor care team members to deliver exceptional careContribute to continuous improvement and quality care initiatives

Eligibility Requirements
To be considered for sponsorship opportunities, applicants must:
Hold current AHPRA registration as a Registered NurseHave a minimum of three years' experience working as a Registered Nurse in AustraliaDemonstrate strong clinical assessment and decision-making skillsHave excellent communication and teamwork abilitiesBe committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred careBe willing to work in regional locations across NSW, VIC, QLD, SA and WABe willing to complete a pre-employment medical assessment, police check and NDIS Worker Screening Check
Highly Regarded
Experience working in residential aged careKnowledge of the Aged Care Quality StandardsExperience leading or mentoring clinical teams
