12-Month Maternity Leave Contract | Maroochydore
Advantage Agriculture is seeking an organised and reliable Administration & Order Processing Assistant to join our Maroochydore office for a 12-month maternity leave position commencing 21 September ****.
This is a varied administration role with a strong focus on processing customer orders, maintaining accurate records and communicating with customers primarily via email and phone.
The position would suit someone who enjoys working in a small office environment, is confident using computer-based systems and has solid organisational and communication skills.
The Role
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Processing and managing customer orders
Entering and maintaining accurate order and customer information
Communicating with customers primarily via email, with some phone communication
Using Cin7 and Xero for order processing and administration
General office administration and record keeping
Liaising with other members of the team regarding orders, stock and deliveries
Occasional marketing material using Canva
Other general administrative tasks as required
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
Organised and able to manage multiple administrative tasks
Accurate and attentive to detail,
particularly when processing orders and entering information
Confident communicating professionally via email and phone
Comfortable using computer-based business systems
Able to work independently and manage day-to-day priorities
Reliable and willing to contribute as part of a small team
Previous administration or order-processing experience would be highly regarded.
Experience with Cin7, Xero and Canva would be advantageous but is not essential, as training can be provided.
This is an office-based position in Maroochydore.
Monday to Thursday: 9:00 am – 3:00 pmFriday: 9:00 am – 2:00 pm
Approximately 29 hours per week.
This is a 12-month maternity leave contract, commencing 21 September ****.
Remuneration will be in accordance with the applicable Clerks – Private Sector Award, based on the successful applicant's classification and experience.
