As the Senior Pharmacy Assistant you will be responsible for driving high levels of customer service on the shop floor and engaging the team.
You must be energetic, motivated and have a keen eye for detail this role is for you.The successful applicant will:Provide support and assistance tostaff within the Pharmacy, to ensure outstanding customer serviceContinuously drive for increasing sales, through 'add-on' sales, and by providing input and ideas on how to continuously build salesSupport catalogue and supplier promotions by planning, organizing and implementing promotional activities to maximize salesEnsure all stock is visually merchandised in a disciplined, customer friendly, clean and tidy manner according to the Pharmacy's merchandising standardsDelegate tasks to team Members to ensure all systems are in place and customer service is at ahigh levelBe fully proficient in using the Point of Sale systemReceive a high volume of goods into the PharmacyMark off and unpack pallets of stock dailyQualifications and Knowledge Required:Experience in Pharmacy or large format retailExperience in Working as a Stock controller preferredSound understanding of pharmacy operations
