You'll work alongside our Functions team to create outstanding experiences for our guests.Your responsibilities will include:Preparing bars and service stations prior to events.Providing professional food and beverage service, including waitressing and table service.Serving beverages and operating the bar in accordance with RSA requirements.Clearing tables and maintaining clean, organised event spaces throughout service.Assisting with pack down and resetting venues following events.Working collaboratively with the kitchen, bar and events teams to ensure seamless event delivery.Delivering exceptional customer service with a friendly and professional attitude.Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, presentation and workplace safety.About YouYou'll be someone who enjoys working as part of a team, has a positive attitude and is passionate about creating memorable guest experiences.You'll also have:Previous hospitality, bar, waitressing or function experience (preferred but not essential).
A current NSW RSA Competency Card.Outstanding customer service and communication skills.A positive,
