Travelling to sites within Sydney Metro and Regional NSW to conductsite asset life cycle, condition, risk, and replacement assessmentsCollectingkey asset informationacrossHVAC & BMSServices.Auditing individual assetsusing Grosvenor's advanced technologyConveying collected audit data and key findings to relevant stakeholders – allowing strategic asset managementDeveloping relationshipsand partnering with clients to achieve auditing outcomes.Identifying opportunities for potential repairs, upgrade works, refurbishments, and current businessDesired Skills and ExperienceWhat will you need to join the team?




Trade Qualification– Cert III in Air-conditioning and RefrigerationRestricted ElectricalLicenceHands on experiencewith repairs, emergency breakdowns and maintenance on a variety of HVAC/BMS assets in commercial backgroundsAbility to work within a team or autonomouslyAwesome communications skills– the ability to build excellent client relationshipsProven track record of deliveringhigh quality outcomesIntermediate computer skillsto use our internally developed programs, as well as Microsoft Office package.The willingness to learn, as well as contribute your knowledge and skills to the team and companyWhy Grosvenor?
