Reporting to the Reliability Supervisor you will be responsible for ensuring high quality maintenance services are provided to plant and equipment.Roster: Sunday – WednesdaySunday – 5am-1:30pmMonday -Wednesday – 12pm – 10:30pmPurpose of the RoleResponsible for carrying out daily servicing, repairs and maintenance of plant and equipment as scheduled and planned by the Reliability leadership teamActively involved in maintenance planning, plant improvements and projects which will improve plant availability and efficiencyAssist with call outs as requiredEnsure compliance with all health and safety requirements, directions and legislation and work in accordance with the company quality systems and other relevant policies and proceduresConducting root cause analysis on failures and ensuring follow up on identified actionsDiagnosing and troubleshooting issues with plant and machinery that may be mechanical or electrical in natureEnsure the correct operation of machines and minimise downtime, including reactive breakdowns and scheduled preventative maintenanceWorking with suppliers to ensure adequate spare parts are kept on siteThe Ideal Candidate Will HaveMust be Australian electrical trade qualified with current electrical licenseAbility to be autonomous and who is also comfortable to work closely with team members and other staff on site as and when requiredElectrical background with proven experience in an FMCG industry will be highly regardedKnowledge of PLC, SCADA, HMI preferableExposure in MEX computerised maintenance management system will be advantageousWhy Join Us?
