Key responsibilities include:Providing holistic patient care within the Transport Service.Promoting the development of therapeutic relationships with the aim of facilitating the patient's external medical appointments/procedures in a safe and timely manner.Supporting the objectives and philosophy of the Nursing Service.Contributing to the client's completion of external medical appointments/procedures in accordance with Royal Rehab's vision, purpose and values.About you.
