You'll help shape the venue, recruit and train your team and be at the forefront of Melbourne hospitality.What you will need:The ambition and drive to help build a venue aiming for the world's top 100A proven track record managing a high-volume or award-recognised hospitality venueStrong front of house and floor management experience, ideally in specialty coffee or premium café settingsInvolvement in new venue openings ideal but not requiredPassion for and knowledge of the hospitality industry as well as continually pushing the benchmarkStrong leadership skills to recruit, train and inspire a high-performing front of house teamA firm grasp of venue compliance, RSA, food safety and workplace health and safetyUnderstanding of budgets, labour costing, stock control and wastageConfident handling of POS, daily reconciliation and reportingFlexibility to work early mornings,
