We're looking for an experienced, hardworking groomer to join our team, someone who wants to be part of a growing salon.Key responsibilitiesFull range of grooming knowledge: bathing, all basic and breed-specific grooms, de-shedding, and specialty styling.Working with a variety of breeds and temperaments, including anxious or reactive dogs.Taking a whole-dog approach to grooming, thinking beyond the cut to each dog's comfort, stress levels, and long-term relationship with grooming.Helping educate pet parents on coat care, home maintenance, and how to support their dog's comfort with grooming.Confident, respectful client communication, including having the harder conversations when a dog's coat condition, behaviour, or health needs require it.About youMinimum 2+ years' professional grooming experience (salon or mobile)Hardworking and reliable, someone who pulls their weight and shows up for the teamConfident handling a wide range of breeds and sizes,
