You will be responsible for coordinating site documentation, supporting personnel,



and maintaining efficient systems.Key Responsibilities:Manage site-based administrative functions and office operationsCoordinate travel and accommodation bookings for personnelMaintain accurate records, reports, and data entryAssist with onboarding and mobilisation of employees and contractorsSupport payroll, timesheets, and compliance documentationLiaise with internal departments and external stakeholdersEnsure adherence to company policies and proceduresAbout YouPrevious experience in a Site Administration role (FIFO preferred)Strong organisational and multitasking skillsHigh attention to detail and accuracyProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and in a team environmentAbout UsFor over 15 years, Re:Grouphas been a trusted name in mine contracting.
