This role is pivotal to the smooth and efficient operation of our medical practice, ensuring that administrative, financial, and operational functions run seamlessly.
As Practice Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of the practice, supporting clinical staff, managing patient interactions, and maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and care.
This position offers flexibility through casual work arrangements whilst enabling you to make a significant impact on the quality of healthcare delivery within our community.Key responsibilitiesManaging administrative operations and ensuring smooth day-to-day practice managementOverseeing reception and patient scheduling to optimise clinic flow and patient experienceSupervising and supporting reception and administrative staff membersManaging patient records and ensuring confidentiality and compliance with relevant privacy legislationHandling financial management, including billing, invoicing, and accounts administrationCoordinating with healthcare practitioners and ensuring effective communication across the teamMaintaining compliance with healthcare regulations, policies,
