This is a leadership role suited to someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced retail environment.Key responsibilitiesLead, motivate and support the store team to deliver outstanding customer serviceOversee daily store operations, ensuring the store is clean, organised and fully stockedManage staff rosters, attendance and daily task allocationRecruit, train and develop team membersMonitor team performance and provide coaching and feedbackEnsure shelves are re-stocked and merchandise is presented to a high standardManage inventory, stock ordering,
